Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all Fygg tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
